There’s plenty of information on the internet today, but it can still be difficult to find that one fact you need. Google can’t answer your questions directly, and if you do search for a question, chances are you’ll find some off-the-wall response on Yahoo! Answers. Not exactly what you were looking for.

Instead, today there are a number of niche question and answer sites that can make your search for an answer much more productive. These sites are designed to let users ask and answer questions, and usually let readers vote up answers that are the best. There’s several well known niche Q&A sites that you may already use, but keep reading to see the best places to get your questions answered that we’ve found.

It’s time for another “Ask the Editor” post today. Thanks to everyone who sent in their questions; keep sending them in (via form at the end). It’s great getting the opportunity to help out with your web-related queries.

We’re kicking off another new post series today, called “Ask the Editor”. This is a great way for you to ask questions about Web software (or related hardware) and AppStorm and I will share my responses. Whether you’re dying to know where you should store your photos, are seeking the best of the best apps, or you want to know how to accomplish something with a web app, I’m here to help!

We’re going to be kicking off a new series next week, called “Ask the Editor”. This will run a few times each month, and give you a chance to submit questions to be answered by our editorial team (and a few expert writers, if we need some assistance!)

Whether you have a question related to web apps, browsers, or Web.AppStorm in general, I’d really love to hear it! I’ll do my best to answer a series of diverse questions that will be interesting for everyone.

Everyday we find ourselves at cross roads, unable to decide about things. When in doubt we always turn to friends and family to get our queries answered. Now that the world has become so connected by way of social networking, we have access to experts from across the globe.

There are a few web apps that help us tap into the social expertise network to get our questions answered. Yahoo answers is the most famous and Aardvark is the latest. In addition to connecting us with thousands of volunteer experts, Aardvark (also known as Vark) allows us to connect with our friends by integrating Facebook and Gmail accounts. Let’s see how best we can tap into the social knowledge base.
