We did due diligence with everything from Salesforce to Zoho CRM and Worketc was the only affordable, easy to use system that allowed us to manage business from first call to last invoice. There are lots of things we wish it could do, but we all want lots of software to do more. I’ve used a number of SMB Operations systems over the years (and parts thereof) and this promises to be one of the best affordable integrated systems I’ve worked with.

Hi,
Maybe have a look at Apollo too, especially if you’re after both project management and CRM. Apollo includes both, and has timers, cases&deals, calendars, and tons of small features. It’s also all AJAX — it looks like a native application.
I hope it helps — just my 2 biased cents!
