Creating Your Resume with CeeVee

You must have a account, either in facebook or at CeeVee, in order to create your resume. If you have a Facebook account, use “Login with facebook” in the main page or click “Register”. If you have clicked Register, then provide your E-mail address and choose a strong password.
Step 2: Create a Vanity URL
Choose a unique CeeVee web address. This is the address that will be used by others to view your resume. Choose a proper web address, if possible give your name. If you have login used facebook, then you will be asked to enter only the unique CeeVee web address.
Step 3: Visit Your Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be directed to your CeeVee dashboard. In your dashboard, you can add details about your sex, phone number, marital status, email address, experience and skills, then select themes, add a new section, reorder the section and more.
Step 4: Add Your Profile Picture
The first and foremost thing that you should do is add a profile picture. Make sure that your picture appears in the provided place. A good resume must have your profile picture, not an animals picture or a text picture. (For demonstration purpose, i have used a lion picture.)
Step 6: Adding Your Contact Details & Marital Status
To add your phone number, click on the small “+” symbol that appears before the text “Phone Number”. Upon clicking it you will be provided with a space to add your phone number. After entering press “ok”. Do the same thing for sex, date of birth, marital status, email address, mobile number, address and website/blog url. If you have a login using facebook, then sex and date of birth will automatically be set.
Step 7: Adding Experience
Adding experience is as easy as that. Again a “+” sign will appear before the text “Add Experience”. Just click it and add data to the position field, company you are working for, company size, industry, task you are performing, and your job description.
Step 8: Add Sections
Similarily repeat the same proceedure to add data to other sections such as Summary, Skills, etc. Some of these sections may not appear initially. To add other sections, on the right hand side of your dashboard, you will have a drop down box that has various sections. You can also control the order in which they should appear, by choosing reorder section found below the add section drop down box.
Step 9: Choose Your Theme
You have three themes to choose from. Modern, Plain Text, Classic. To choose your theme, select the themes from the drop down box found on the right hand side of your dashboard.
Step 10: Control The Visibility
You can either allow the resume to be viewed by others, in that case select “public”, else go for private.
Step 11: Share Your Reume
It’s time to mail your resume. To do it, click “Email & Share & Promote”(found at the top) . Now add the recipient email, recipient name, the company to which you are sending, job position, select whether you want the resume to send as a PDF file or a HTML, finally subject and message.
Step 12: View It!
To view your resume, point your url to http://www.ceevee.com/unique_web_address and there you have it!
