Well, I’ve had access to Google Wave for 6 days now. I’m still under the hood of the app checking out the features, finding plenty of bugs and basically trying to figure out how to use it. In the meantime, I’m still looking for people to give invites to.
Thanks to everyone for the flood of comments yesterday. There were some really good long entries and it’s clear that most of you think that Wave has a chance to be more than just another web app — it may be a game changer.
After much deliberation, I’ll be passing on an invite to Henning Horn, who took a balanced, perhaps more realistic stance on how Wave will change things over the course of the next year. Congratulations Henning.
For those who didn’t win, here’s another chance. I’ll be awarding another invite today to another lucky reader. All you have to do is post a tweet mentioning Web.AppStorm. As always, you get marks for creativity.

I’ve retwitted :3
I’m so trying hard for days now to get a real invitation and I need it for http://www.FreezingMoon.org organization (we’re a small team of indie’s developing 2 free open source cross platform 3d video games). Been waiting for something like Wave for years now….
Cheers!
Consider giving Zenbe Shareflow a go in the interim.

I’m not affiliated to them in any way, but I know that a majority of us are going to be sitting around waiting for Google Wave for some time yet, so I’ve been giving it a go and it seems to do the trick quite effectively.
Just a thought…
IMHO the point in Google Wave is that it’s not technology-, but human-centric in the sense that one can communicate without making the constraining decision about the technical communication medium – it just lets people communicate. I think its real-time and collaborative nature will enable revolutionary use cases.

Even if I like the way the web gets more and more informative and userfriendly its hard to see Google eliminating all the social media competition with wave. But it would shorely take away a lot of my static tabs and combine them into one. Thats without testing it, defenitly a more user friendly webexperience! And a timesaver above all and that is allways welcome!
no thanks.. i got my invite from google..
